Retail Inventory Associate – Driver Starting Wage: $17.00 - $19.00 Part Time: Ability to work varied traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. What You Will Do Safety First – Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, comply with traffic laws, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision . Follow a consistent workflow . Move between inventory locations – walking or standing for extended periods. WE Count – focus on people, technology, and process. Team Requirements At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Driver Requirements Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation. Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights. Working Conditions Stand for prolonged periods, frequent walking, both hands and wrists for repetitive motions. Frequent low level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent use of ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. Frequent travel via car and occasionally plane, including overnight stays.
