The possibility for our employees to achieve their full potential, for our communities to be stronger and for everyone to have a healthier, happier place to live.Our portfolio of brands — Andersen Windows & Doors, Renewal by Andersen and Fenetres MQ — is crafted to serve customers across the new residential, home improvement and light commercial building sector.Join our more than 13,000 employees who are inspired every day to deliver exceptional experiences that turn possibility into reality.**JOB DESCRIPTION:****Position Summary:**Provide superior field support on Renewal by Andersen products by performing services.**Primary Responsibilities:****-**Service and repair previouslyinstalled Renewal by Andersen products.-Analyze and resolvecomplex/escalated customerssituations, determines correctiveaction to be taken and verify theaction has fixed the situation in acost efficient and effectivemanner.-Keep team member informed asneeded of customer interactionsand actions taken to resolveservice issues.-Coach, train and mentor ServiceTechs.-Keep service area neat andorganized, inventory service stockarea of warehouse; requestmaterial replenishment asneeded; provide detailedinformation to Service RSRs.-Provide Signature Service tohomeowners and peers.-Advanced knowledge of RbAwindow and door installationtechniques and ability to correctinstallation errors.-Other duties as assigned bysupervisor**QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:**-High School degree and valid driver’slicense with clean driving record- Renewal installation experience-Meets the skills and competencyrequirements needed for ServiceTechnician I-Ability to service and repair previouslyinstalled windows & doors. Ability todismantle and reassemble windows, doorcomponents, window coverings, andHardware-Demonstrated analytical problem solvingand decision-making skills; followsystematic approach in situationalanalysis and definition; arrive atacceptable solutions-Ability to train others on technicalapplication and product requirements**COMPENSATION:**Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $30.00 hourly.**PAY RANGE:**$27.76 - $41.64**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
