We have two established State Farm offices (border of Strongsville & Middleburg Hts and Independence, OH) and are looking for someone who wants more than just a job answering phones—we want someone interested in learning the business, building relationships with customers, and becoming an important part of our agency.What You'll DoHelp customers with policy changes, billing questions, and everyday insurance needsTake ownership of customer issues and work toward resolutionExplain coverage and help customers understand their insuranceIdentify additional ways we can protect customers and their familiesMaintain accurate customer records and follow through on outstanding itemsWork with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experienceWho We're Looking ForInsurance experience is helpful, but the right person matters more to us than insurance experience.
