Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 5201 Grand Blvd location in St Louis, Missouri. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing and motivating team members, running shifts efficiently, handling customer interactions professionally, managing cash transactions, coordinating inventory management, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, assisting in training new team members, collaborating with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, answering phones, processing customer orders accurately, and performing various tasks including food preparation and delivery coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Food handler's certification (preferred)
