As a loan originator, you'll take the lead in helping clients secure the financing they need while ensuring a seamless, transparent, and satisfying loan process from start to finish. Here's what you'll do:

• Drive sales & build relationships – spend over 50% of your time out in the field, connecting with clients and industry pros.
• Close deals efficiently – work closely with borrowers, branch teams, and corporate to ensure smooth loan submissions.
• Stay licensed & informed – maintain NMLS licensing and keep up with the latest rates, products, policies, and compliance rules.
• Be the go-to expert – master FHA, conventional, and VA loan processes while leveraging cutting-edge tools.
• Network & grow – build strong relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners.
