Marketing Intern

Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team in Calabasas. This position will assist & learn about several of the key teams underneath the marketing umbrella to achieve a well-rounded knowledge of Insomniac's marketing ecosystem. This position reports to the Brand Strategy Manager. This is a paid internship and is not a remote position.

Responsibilities include working with and shadowing leads from all Insomniac's marketing divisions, contributing creative ideas to the brand strategy team for content and campaigns, assisting with project management tasks, acting as a critical thinker, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with updating content briefs.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years of age, currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, able to work out of the Calabasas, CA office, having strong organizational skills and attention to detail, being highly proficient in presentation development with excellent writing and communication abilities, and having experience with image editing software preferred.

Work environment includes being willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines, being able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locations, and being able to work in open concept office space.

The expected compensation for this position in California is $18.00 USD Hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
