In-Home Shared Living Provider Warren County, OH ViaQuest is seeking a compassionate Shared Living Provider to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home, offering daily support, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment. What You\'ll Do An adult with a developmental disability will live in your home with you. You will provide them with daily care and support. Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation Encourage independence through skill development and guidance Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff Compensation & Benefits Tax-free annual stipend: $40,000 - $60,000 Paid time off Additional room & board income (average $630/month) Training, background checks, and certification 24/7 support from a dedicated ViaQuest Manager Tools and assistance for documentation, billing, and compliance Help coordinating respite Qualifications Caregiving experience High school diploma or GED Valid driver\'s license, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record Clean background checks Home that meets safety requirements (home assessment required) Home or renter\'s insurance Why Join ViaQuest?
