Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute full-funnel eCommerce marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Optimize Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce stores for better user experience and increased conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
• Leverage SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive sustainable growth.
• Execute email automation campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, and HubSpot to nurture leads and improve customer lifetime value.
• Create data-driven marketing campaigns and continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and new opportunities.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to align marketing strategies with brand identity and business goals.
• Implement and optimize affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships to expand reach and revenue potential.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROAS, AOV, CAC, and LTV , to drive strategic decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce marketing with a proven track record of scaling DTC brands.
Deep understanding of Amazon PPC, Facebook & Google Ads, and multi-channel attribution models.
Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and performance-driven CRO strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, and other analytics tools.
Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to create high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives.
Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to drive brand credibility and sales.
A/B testing experience to optimize product listings, ad copies, and email marketing campaigns.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
