Qualifications
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care within the facility
- Assess patient conditions and monitor progress
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and protocols
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies with sound clinical judgment
- Complete accurate documentation and communication
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and correctional staff to support patient care
