Client Service Representative

Compassion Veterinary Center is a well-respected practice dedicated to providing high- quality medical care to pets in the Highland community. Our team of professionals is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized service to every patient and their families. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of medical receptionist experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping pets and their families. Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.
• Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date in the electronic medical system.
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage daily transactions.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Provide education and support to clients regarding general pet care and hospital
• policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry, as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of medical receptionist experience is required.
• Veterinary experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A compassionate and empathetic attitude toward pets and their owners.
