Applications Systems Analyst II (NS)

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Salesforce Team with programming, design, system administration, platform development and related duties. This work is done using objects, workflows, Apex, validation rules and similar technologies on a Salesforce cloud platform. If selected, the candidate will be required to improve efficiencies of Division operations with the use of Information Technology and Salesforce. The candidate will be required to complete routine procedures including sprints, scrums, time reporting and others according to set schedules. They will also be required to investigate division operations, workflows, staffing, and business processes.

Salary Range: $81,504 - $122,256

This position will be 100% in-person for at least the first 90 days.

Management Preferences:

• Working experience with all configuration aspects of the Salesforce platform.
• Knowledgeable organizing, developing, and implementing custom workflows within Salesforce.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining professional and effective relationships with coworkers and external business partners.
• Experience with creative and critical thinking order to evaluate complex situations and develop solutions.
• Experience recommending modifications to program policy and procedures to minimize risk.

Military Experience

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related field or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience in business application consulting or development; or Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in application consulting or development; or High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and six years of experience in business application consulting or development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
