Position Summary:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts
- Answer phones, assist with guest inquiries, and process to-go orders
- Support front-of-house operations, including beverage refills and guest service
- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, entry area, and restrooms
- Assist team members to ensure smooth service
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, guest-facing environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25+ lbs
