This role is responsible for cross-channel campaign management for all product lines, collaborating closely with Marketing leaders, Sales, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled full-funnel demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or data-driven tech company, bringing a mix of strategy, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. This role will report into the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Ops.Key Accountabilities:Define strategy for, manage, and optimize the execution of demand generation campaigns across both Marketing and cross-functional channelsOwn Marketing's acquisition pipeline targets, and regularly report on pipeline health to Marketing leadershipManage tactics across inbound (paid and owned media) and ABM channelsClearly define key targeting segments with a focus on behavior-based triggers for nurtureCollaborate closely with our partners in Sales to develop effective cross-functional conversion strategy across all channelsCollaborate with agency partners and Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing teams on campaign executionRegularly analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholdersPartner with Marketing Operations on email marketing, lead tracking, and funnel conversionDesired Skills and Experience:6-8+ years of experience in Demand Gen and/or Performance Marketing rolesProven success owning pipeline goalsPaid Media and Owned channel managementAbility to multi-task and manage across multiple simultaneous programsStrong communication skills and collaborative excellencyB2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Healthtech experience preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceBase Salary Range $100,000 - $125,000 USD
