The Assistant Clinical Level I Supervisor plays a critical role in guiding the professional growth of our team, from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment. Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff. The Assistant Clinical Supervisor is responsible and accountable for providing services, overseeing clinical programs, and monitoring staff under his/her supervision.

~ Providing 95% of assigned supervision hours. (Managing a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including:
Monitoring Client progress, conducting ongoing assessment, and making data-driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.
Providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.
Providing formal performance evaluations with respect to following program procedures, administrative tasks (timesheet submission, etc.) direct therapy, and parent training skills.
Providing clinical consultation that includes behavior plans and programming to clinical staff.
Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload, including:
Written data-drive program summaries of the services provided during the authorization period.
Providing parent training.
Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
Ensuring that the company's "zero tolerance policy" is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.
Ensuring that Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) compliance is understood and reinforced in the region.
Spanish Bilingual Required
Bachelor's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals including direct service delivery with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and broad range of ages
