Dental Hygienist

Job Summary Heartland Crossing Dental Care (Heartland Dental) is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team at 8190 Windfall Lane, Suite A, Camby, IN 46113. The position is full‑time or part‑time and offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, daily pay, competitive benefits, continuing education, mentorship, and a supportive work environment that encourages clinical autonomy. Responsibilities You will be an integral member of the patient care team, giving patients the time and care they need, deserve, and desire. You will provide outstanding patient care, invest in the community, and work within an environment that supports full clinical autonomy while gaining access to a hygiene mentor program. You will also collaborate with the practice manager and a highly trained team on site, and leverage a network of experts across the nation to deliver exceptional patient care. Qualifications Dental hygienist license in Indiana. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, where required. Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred: New graduates encouraged. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year. Benefits & Compensation $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
