Job Scope & Purpose The Senior Analyst within Decision Sciences provides impactful and insightful analysis and business intelligence to Targetbase clients. They have subject‑matter expertise in one area of analytics and a desire to expand their applications and capabilities in marketing analytics. Main Responsibilities Delivers impactful analyses of assigned projects with high quality, on time, and within estimated hours Provides business and customer insights based on data analysis and report/trend monitoring Develops mastery of Targetbase’s key analytical competencies and tools Solves problems by proactively thinking through approaches to the data or analysis based on the objectives of the assignment Participates as a collaborative team member, holding themselves and the team accountable for the work Puts the client first, anticipating, understanding, and meeting/exceeding client expectations Experience & Education Minimum of 3 years (post graduate) of applied analytics experience Experience in some or all of the following areas of marketing analysis: segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and/or market research Bachelor’s Degree is required Knowledge & Ability Intermediate-level knowledge of analysis techniques Proficient with SQL, Python, R or other data mining tools Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Effective communication skills Position Requirements Overtime may be necessary Some travel may be required Hybrid schedule: 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week remote; candidates must live in the Irving, TX area and be willing to be in the office on required days Local candidates only; relocation is not considered for this position It is the policy of Omnicom and any of its affiliates to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
