La Oportunidad
Usted servirá como un miembro esencial del equipo apoyando proyectos de albañilería residencial de alto nivel en toda el área. Este puesto de nivel inicial lo coloca en la primera línea de construcciones residenciales únicas dentro de un ambiente solidario y familiar. Obtendrá experiencia práctica en el oficio mientras trabaja junto a artesanos calificados que se preocupan por su crecimiento profesional.
Cómo Contribuirá
- Prepare los sitios de trabajo diariamente organizando materiales, instalando herramientas y estableciendo zonas de trabajo seguras.
- Mezcle mortero según las especificaciones precisas del proyecto para el equipo de albañilería.
- Transporte bloques, mortero y suministros pesados de construcción a través de los sitios residenciales.
- Asista a los albañiles mezclando mortero según especificaciones precisas, proporcionando cortes de bloque, abasteciendo bloques en las bases/andamios, instalando andamios para niveles adicionales.
- Tareas de limpieza diaria y continua del sitio.
- Opere herramientas eléctricas y equipos básicos del oficio siguiendo estrictos protocolos de seguridad.
- Mantenga ambientes de trabajo limpios y libres de peligros para apoyar operaciones diarias eficientes en el campo.
Cualificaciones y Experiencia Requeridas
- Fuerte resistencia física y disposición para realizar trabajo manual pesado diariamente en ambiente exterior en el área de Phoenix.
- Ética de trabajo confiable con un fuerte enfoque en la comunicación del equipo y la seguridad.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones directas y pautas de seguridad en sitios de trabajo activos.
- Transporte confiable para llegar al sitio de trabajo.
Cualificaciones y Experiencia Preferidas
- Experiencia previa trabajando en construcción residencial u obras de concreto.
- Familiaridad básica con herramientas de albañilería, mezcla de mortero y organización de materiales.
- Certificación OSHA 10 o credenciales fundamentales de capacitación en seguridad.
