Lead Product Manager

Leading the Targeting product area within the Shopper Management pillar, the full-time Lead Product Manager will own the strategy and execution of customer-facing experiences that simplify audience building and enhance targeting capabilities while collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams. Key responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Targeting product area Build tools for marketers to create high-performing audiences through advanced segmentation and intelligent targeting workflows Drive product discovery by combining customer research, behavioral data, and business insights to identify high-impact opportunities Required qualifications 6+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on customer-facing products Experience in MarTech, AdTech, or related fields, particularly in audience management and segmentation Strong analytical skills and product intuition, with a focus on data-driven decision-making Hands-on experience with SQL or similar tools for data exploration High customer empathy and a passion for understanding user needs and workflows
