Location 650 Orchard Park Road, West Seneca, New York, 14224, United States of America Job Summary DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. Responsibilities include building relationships with patients, delivering care for complex chronic kidney disease patients, and working flexible hours. Key Responsibilities No dialysis experience is required. Training may take place at a facility or clinic other than your assigned clinic. Float to various facilities during and after training. Work a flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Build long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting. Work as part of a supportive, positive team. Provide care for patients with multiple comorbidities requiring individualized treatment plans. Experienced LPNs: $27.75 – $36.50 per hour. Minimum wage and exemption status applied per location. Requirements Current LPN-LVN license in state of practice. Current CPR certification. IV certification if required by state. High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of approved training program before operating water treatment system. Optional BONENT or CHT certification. Preferred: Minimum of one year experience in hospital or clinical setting. Basic computer skills: MS Word, Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.
