The Receptionist operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs. Take and distribute accurate messages. Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, issues visitor passes and maintain visitor logs, alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival or directs visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as our location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email address. Additional responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages. You will limit decisions to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close guidance and within established guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

You will be reporting to: Supervisor, Center Administration

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred but will consider candidates with a Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers.
• Excellent customer service
• Team player
• We consider this role patient-facing and runs the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to screen for TB.

Other Qualifications:

• Value-based care model experience
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
