What You Can ExpectAs an Associate Director, you'll take a lead role in strengthening our relationships with clients and providing seamless guidance in the completion of engagements. You'll partner with our strategic clients to manage riskassociated with their use of technology. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs throughanalytics, automation or the latest tools and methods. You’ll develop new projects, help identify new business, and build lasting relationships with clients and within the community as you serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans. Do Your Talents Include the Following?Demonstrated experience with:Leading and implementing SAP S/4 HANA Public and Private cloud solutionsSAP solution design and key elements of SAParchitecturesSolutioningAssist client pursuits in solutioning deals that leverage SAP S/4HANA for Finance and OperationsProvide direction and assistance to key practice leaders and MDs on the benefits and practical challenges of using SAP S/4HANAStaying up to date with the latest enhancements to the SAP S/4HANA solutionServicesDevelop standard vertical based demos and solutionsDesign presentations to facilitate interest in the SAP S/4HANA solutionProvide guidance and expertise on SAP S/4HANA functionality within the Finance and Supply Chain modulesLead client presentations and client information gathering sessionsLicensingWork with the SAP alliance team to establish standards in licensingConduct regular meetings with SAP to discuss opportunitiesEstablishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives. Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele. Ability to translate and communicatechallengesto client personnel, including executives. Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teamsincludeconducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.  Your Educational and Professional QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS, or related field).9+ years workingin professional services or industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.Professional Certification such asSAP S/4HANA Sell Authorization (e.g., Sales Executive, Customer Engagement Executive, Presales Consultant) or LOB Solution Consultant orsimilar strongly preferredor similar strongly preferred. Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$153,000.00 - $260,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.16%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity.
