Licensed Practical Nurses LPN

We are looking for caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The LPNs direct resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members. Shift: Full-Time 6p-6a, Part-Time 6p-2a, and 6p-6a Starting from $28.00 (Based on experience) and $3.00 2nd and 3rd shift differentials Become part of our family as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at an Otterbein Community! Responsibilities Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of elders Focusing on providing high-quality service and care Conduct and document a thorough assessment of assigned Independent Living residents’ medical conditions and treatments. Provide required care per the Wellness assignment sheets Process and complete required lab orders Adheres to facility policies and procedures and participates in facility quality improvement and safety programs Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education : Graduate of approved nursing program Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired
