Job Description: Learning Leader As a Learning Leader , you will educate, inspire, motivate, and mentor our Future Professionals-students embarking on careers in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll bring your creativity and expertise to deliver exceptional learning experiences through objective-based education (O.B.E.) , mini classes, and engaging learning centers. You'll help shape the next generation of beauty professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive learning environment , combining classroom instruction with real-world, hands‑on salon experiences. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a licensed professional educator with strong salon experience, enthusiasm for the Paul Mitchell culture and products , and a genuine dedication to student success . You are a collaborative team player who communicates with confidence, demonstrates professionalism, and serves as a positive role model for our Future Professionals. We're looking for someone who thrives on teaching creative techniques , developing professional and soft skills , and helping others reach their full potential .
