World-Class General Manager to lead a premier dealership in the SF North Bay.

We are exclusively searching for an experienced, high-caliber General Manager to take the helm at a high-performing dealership in the beautiful San Francisco North Bay market. This isn't just about managing daily operations—it’s about inspiring a team, mastering variable and fixed ops, and delivering a luxury-level guest experience.

Proven Track Record: A history of strong financial performance, market share growth, and stellar CSI scores.
Operational Excellence: Deep expertise across all departments (New, Used, F&I, and Fixed Ops).
Leadership & Culture: A leader who recruits, trains, and retains top talent while fostering a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Market Savvy: Understanding of the unique, competitive Northern California market is a major plus.
