Computer System Analyst

Computer Systems Analyst SHC Federal is seeking a highly motivated Computer Systems Analyst to provide Tier II support to federal agency end users. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Required:
- US Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check and obtain DoD Secret clearance.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to work on-site in the Oklahoma City area.
- 6+ years of professional experience (or Bachelor's degree plus 1+ years of experience).
- Experience with Microsoft/Windows operating systems including the MS Office suite of applications.
- Experience resolving software and hardware issues on end-user devices.
- Experience documenting ticket resolutions.
- Strong professionalism skills with ability to work with high-level government individuals.
- Strong written (email, chat) and verbal (phone, in-person) communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security+ or similar certification within 6 months.
- Existing DoD security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Existing (active) CompTIA SEC+ certification.
- Experience with remote desktop tools.
- Support a 24/7/365 operation for a federal government agency.
- Work directly with end-users to resolve higher level technical issues related to devices (computers, phones, printers) and software.
- Use advanced troubleshooting techniques and technical knowledge.
- Document and record ticket resolutions.
- Use remote access tools to resolve technical issues remotely for users all around the country. Summit Human Capital
