General Dentist – 2nd Provider
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Carrollton, Georgia. This welcoming community, located just west of Atlanta, is known for its vibrant downtown, thriving arts scene, and outdoor amenities like the Carrollton GreenBelt trail. The practice is expanding due to growth and is adding a 2nd doctor to meet patient demand. With a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, and built-in mentorship, this role is an excellent fit for both experienced dentists and new graduates seeking guidance as they begin their careers.
Salary and Benefits
- Tiered Production-Based Compensation Up to 36%
- Daily Guarantee Provided

Responsibilities
- Join as the 2nd Provider in a Busy, Growing Office
- Work Collaboratively With the Lead Dentist and Team
- Flexible Schedule – Any Number of Days per Week (Monday–Friday)
- Provide Comprehensive Dental Care in a Patient-Centered Setting
- Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No Weekends or Major Holidays
- Manage 2–3 Operatories Simultaneously
- Perform 8–10 Clinical Procedures Per Day
Requirements
- Active and Unrestricted Dental License in the State of Georgia (or Ability to Obtain)
- DMD or DDS Degree
- Open to New Graduates – Mentorship Available From an Experienced Lead Dentist
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience With Dentrix Software Is a Plus
