Your Day-to-Day: As an HVAC/R Technician I, you'll:

Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment
Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems
Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology
Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team

What You Bring to the Table:

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
Valid Driver's License
Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently
