About the Job MIG welding using pulse voltage Custom fabrication will demand the ability to read blueprints JIG fabrication includes tack welding, laying groundwork for finish welders to “pretty up”. Performs other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements Skilled in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques Skilled in MIG welding and operating power tools Experience with hand tools and basic math for precise measurements Familiarity with construction sites and safety protocols Knowledge of rigging, mechanical systems, and pipe threading Ability to work with sheet metal and perform ductwork tasks Experience using calipers, micrometers, and TIG welding techniques Team members must be able to commute to Chattanooga, TN. Team members must have at least 6 months of experience. Pay rates are dependent on shift and assignment.
