Controls Technician – Cincinnati, OH – Up to $48/hr + Profit Sharing & Company Vehicle About the Opportunity: A highly respected facilities services provider is seeking an experienced Controls Technician to support projects throughout the Cincinnati, OH region. Travel: Local travel across the greater Cincinnati metro Work Type: Service, Maintenance, Design-Build / New Construction Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $48.00/hr (Depending on Experience) Medical: Employer-Paid Premium for Single Plan Additional Insurance: Dental, Vision, Life, Short/Long-Term Disability Retirement: 401(k) with 4% Company Match Profit Sharing: Uncapped Program (20% of net profits distributed) Vacation: 2 Weeks (Negotiable), Paid Holidays, Parental Leave Perks: Company Vehicle & Gas Card, Company Phone, Major Tools Provided, Safety Boot Reimbursement Company Overview: Team Size: 300+ Employees (including 150–170 Field Technicians) Industries Served: Commercial, Government, Education (K–12 & Higher Ed), Healthcare, Industrial, Community/Worship Facilities, Logistics, Retail, Residential Services Offered: HVAC Service & Maintenance, Green Solutions, Design-Build, Total Facility Management Key Responsibilities: Install, test, and configure Building Automation Systems (BAS) Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize existing BAS controls Perform detailed point-to-point commissioning and system validation Develop BAS programs from scratch and modify library-based sequences Support installation teams with startup, testing, and system programming Pull wire and bend conduit during installations when required Communicate effectively with building owners, contractors, and operations staff Work independently or as part of a collaborative team Qualifications: Previous experience as a Controls Technician or similar controls/HVAC-related role Strong understanding of BAS architecture and commissioning procedures Hands-on Tridium experience required; N4 Certification strongly preferred Why Apply?
