Culinary Supervisor (overnight)

As a Culinary Supervisor (late night PM shifts) at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, you will oversee multiple food and beverage outlets during overnight hours. Your role includes managing and supporting a team of kitchen staff, including dishwashers, to ensure smooth operations, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of multiple culinary outlets during late evening shifts. Manage and support dishwashing staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen areas. Monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards. Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless service. Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and development. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a culinary environment. Ability to manage multiple outlets and diverse kitchen staff effectively. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility to work overnight shifts in Longboat Key, FL.
