Objectives of this role:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge generative AI solutions that transform our platform capabilities and client experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive innovation across the organization
• Ensure successful deployment and optimization of AI models in production environments
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and integrate new technologies to maintain our competitive edge

Responsibilities:

• Engage with software engineers and domain experts to unearth opportunities and define project scope
• Craft ingenious AI solutions that address complex business challenges
• Bring AI creations to life in real-world production environments with a focus on scalability and performance
• Explore new generative AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries to continuously expand our capabilities
• Align technical development with our mission, vision, and strategic plan to continually redefine AI's potential
• Contribute to the AI community through publications, open-source projects, or knowledge sharing
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on AI best practices
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance in production environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• A track record of successful AI projects or influential contributions to the AI community (publications, open-source projects, etc.)
• Strong expertise in generative AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience deploying AI models to production environments
• Problem-solving prowess with the ability to adapt to ever-changing project requirements
• Stellar communication and collaboration skills, crucial for thriving in our dynamic cross-functional environment
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Knowledge of LLMs and transformer architectures is highly desirable
