Finance Administrator

Responsibilities & Qualifications The Finance Administrator is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting and administrative functions within a lean organizational structure. This role assists with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, maintains accurate financial records, prepares reporting packages and variance analyses and supports budget and forecast tracking to help monitor business performance. Additional responsibilities include organizing and validating financial and operational data, maintaining documentation and compliance records, coordinating insurance and incident reporting administration, supporting payroll and HR-related administrative tasks with external providers, assisting with labor cost reporting and helping ensure tax and regulatory compliance through coordination with external advisors and audit requests. The ideal candidate has three to five years of relevant accounting, finance or administrative experience, strong analytical and reporting skills, advanced Excel proficiency, familiarity with U.S. accounting practices, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Charles Aris Inc.
