Production Associate - Mender

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mender to support the Rental Division. The Mender is responsible for accurately repairing uniform garments in accordance with company standards, including patching holes and tears or replacing buttons on shirts and pants. The Mender uses an industrial heat seal machine and button sewing machine to accomplish work. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work. Responsibilities Repair uniform garments by patching holes, tears, and replacing buttons. Operate an industrial heat seal machine and a button sewing machine. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet or exceed the quantity and quality standards set by the company. Qualifications Work Eligibility Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be 18 years of age or older. Work Expectations Must adhere to the attendance policy. Must be willing to work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods. Must thrive in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures. Must be willing to use a computer program to accomplish work. Physical Qualifications Requires standing for most of the shift. Compensation A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.75 and $19.70 per hour. The range reflects factors such as skill level, experience, training, and business needs.
