Stoney Oak Painting is a growing local painting company looking for a motivated, personable Sales/Estimator to join our team.
This is an in-person sales position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping customers make decisions about their painting projects.
No painting experience is required. We provide full training on our sales process, estimating, products, color selection, and how we manage projects.

The Opportunity

• This is not a desk job.

• You'll be meeting customers, looking at projects, putting together estimates, and helping people decide to move forward with their painting projects.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $150,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective residential and commercial painting clients

• Inspect projects and determine the customer's painting needs

• Prepare and present painting estimates

• Explain our painting process and what customers can expect

• Help customers with paint colors and product selections

• Answer questions and address customer concerns

• Follow up with potential customers and move opportunities toward a sale

• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners

• Maintain accurate information on leads, estimates, and follow-ups using our CRM.

• Represent Stoney Oak Painting professionally at every customer interaction

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable talking with people face-to-face

• Confident and personable

• Motivated by commission and the opportunity to earn

• Organized and dependable

• Comfortable using a phone, email, and basic computer applications

• Able to listen to customers and understand what they need

• Professional in appearance and communication

• Self-motivated and able to manage your own appointments and follow-up

Sales experience is helpful but not required. The right personality, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn are more important.
