In this fast-paced environment, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both general labour and specialized roles, supporting one to three sites within your assigned region. Your ability to build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-impact hiring solutions will directly contribute to operational excellence. This is a temporary 6-month contract position based at our Le Sueur, MN plant (hybrid). Context to maximize your impact:

- Salary range 004: $69,500-$86,900 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment , managing concurrent hiring needs across 1 to 3 manufacturing sites
- Partner closely with the Plant Director to deliver agile recruitment strategies aligned with production targets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to quickly adapt talent attraction strategies for hourly roles based on evolving business needs
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process with speed and efficiency: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and offers
- Act as a market expert by providing real-time insights on talent availability and recruiting best practices
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local networks
- Represent the company proactively at job fairs and industry events, driving candidate engagement and brand visibility
- Continuously optimize recruitment strategies and tools to improve speed, efficiency, and hiring outcomes
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required - Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting required.
- Agency recruitment is a strong asset
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including the unique challenges and requirements related to hourly workers, required.
- Familiarity with ATS tools for managing candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance.
