Our firm specializes in representing employees who have had their rights in the workplace violated by employers. Our employment law department is rapidly growing due to the terrific results we have obtained for our clients. An ideal candidate is one who has a passion for helping people. Therefore, we need an experienced attorney who can evaluate potential claims under federal and state laws, who can litigate and even try cases, and who can negotiate favorable settlements, and make our clients happy. Duties: Client advocacy Drafting pleadings Attending court hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, etc. Negotiating settlements Screening and evaluating cases Managing cases Manage deadlines Be well-organized Learn at a rapid pace Represent the firm in the best light at all times Ideal candidate: People-oriented – enjoy interacting with people and working on group projects Detail-oriented – would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture High stress tolerance – thrives in a high-pressure environment Experience: Litigation: 4-7 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Georgia Bar (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
