The Compliance Specialist is responsible for due diligence in vetting of members planning to engage in enhanced programs; members accountability of recordkeeping, audits and program requirements; and collaboratively working with internal teams. The Compliance Specialist will have the ability to work independently, be organized and demonstrate attention to detail.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the followingWork with nonprofit development to vet and approve organizations as truckload approvedSupport and manage quarterly compliance acknowledgement processMaintain and update account records across all platformsLead ongoing live compliance webinarsRespond to compliance questions from members and colleaguesServe as the primary to maintain compliance standard operating proceduresProcess and update accounts with revoked statusManage compliance inbox and cases responding to issues and assigning to team members as necessaryPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.3-5 years of professional experience in customer service. Background in compliance, risk management, or quality assurance preferred.Highly organized and attentive to details.Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneouslyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Two years experience with a CRM software; Salesforce and/or NetSuite a plus.BenefitsOur team is Good360’s greatest asset.
