As a Forbes Five-Star, Relais & Châteaux property, we are known for highly personalized service, thoughtful attention to detail, and memorable guest experiences. Our service style is polished but genuine — never scripted. We are looking for team members who enjoy connecting with guests, anticipating needs, and contributing to a seamless dining experience from afternoon service through dinner.Available Shifts12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.4:00 p.m. – CloseHours may vary based on business needs.What You'll DoProvide warm, attentive, and professional service throughout the dining experience.Welcome guests and confidently describe menu, wine, and beverage offerings.Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Communicate allergies, dietary needs, preferences, and special requests clearly to the culinary team.Maintain the presentation and readiness of the dining room and service areas.Complete side work including stocking, polishing glassware and silverware, bussing, and resetting tables.Assist with in-room dining, private dinners, and special events as needed.Work closely with Dining Room leadership, Culinary, and Wine teams to create a seamless guest experience.Anticipate guest needs and respond with warmth, discretion, and attention to detail.Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.QualificationsPrevious restaurant, fine dining, or luxury hospitality experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right person.Warm, confident, and professional communication skills.Genuine enjoyment of taking care of people.Strong attention to detail.Dependable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.Twin Farms is a non-tipping property, allowing our servers to earn a consistent hourly wage rather than relying on gratuities.Additional InformationAt Twin Farms, we believe that when our team members are genuinely cared for, they are empowered to deliver extraordinary hospitality.
