Responsibilities Provide smart, friendly customer service to customers over the phone. Assist customers with their banking needs and maintain a knowledge of a variety of bank products and procedures. Navigate multiple computer systems, multi‑task, and document outcomes during and after calls. Collaborate with other departments across the bank to assist with customers’ needs and solve problems.
