Schedule: Monday – Friday (with fair, rotating on-call schedule)

Pay Range: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour (Based on Experience) + Performance Bonuses

Ely Heating And Cooling LLC is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician / Journeyman to join our growing operations in Waynesburg, PA. This is your chance to handle critical service, maintenance, and installations across a diverse variety of settings—ranging from residential homes to commercial, industrial, and government facilities.

As a Journeyman Technician, you will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring our clients' systems run efficiently, safely, and reliably:

• Service & Repair: Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
• Installation Excellence: Expertly install new HVAC equipment, ductwork, and control systems strictly according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform thorough routine maintenance and seasonal system checks to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency.
• Client Communication: Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients to recommend long-term solutions and ensure smooth scheduling.
• Site Management & Safety: Diligently maintain a clean, safe work environment, follow all site-specific safety protocols, and accurately complete detailed work orders and time logs.

• Experience: 5 years of hands-on, professional HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
• Certifications: A valid EPA Certification is absolutely required.
• Technical Skills: Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to work independently in the field.
• Licensure: A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong self-motivation, and a high level of personal accountability.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
