Financial Analyst Our client, a global fintech company, is seeking a Financial Analyst. Job Title: Financial Analyst. Location: Mountain View, CA. Duration: 6+ Months. Pay Range: $52 - $62/hour on w2. Job Description Build and design a new unified SaaS model that works across all SKUs, supporting product expansion as the portfolio grows, including upgrade/downgrade dynamics and add-on revenue streams. Develop consumption‑based modeling and models around usage/consumption‑driven revenue patterns. Ideal Profile FP&A background (not accounting‑focused). Junior level, around 3 years of experience. Strong, hands‑on financial modeling skills. Comfortable leveraging AI tools in workflow (e.g., AI for data analysis, model building, or automation). Primary Responsibilities Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data. Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, explaining processes and techniques, and recommending actions. Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends and recommending actions to management. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials. Increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements. Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
