Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in the Bakersfield, CA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Dig trenches and ditches, backfill, and level earth

Haul, load, and unload materials and equipment

Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, or gravel

Clean and prep construction sites

Assist with traffic control in work zones

Measure, mark, and lay out work areas

Signal equipment operators

Clean tools and equipment while following safety protocols

Responsibilities
Must have CDL Class B
Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Stand, walk, and bend on uneven surfaces
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent
DOT drug and alcohol testing compliance
Experience in construction, pipeline, utility, or civil work preferred
