You'll take ownership of payroll activities across the site, working closely with HR leadership and supporting a workforce that includes international and expat employees. This is a role where accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail really matter.

You'll also be involved in budgeting, reporting, and supporting employees with payroll, tax, and benefit-related queries. There's a strong international element, including supporting expat employees with allowances, tax understanding, and onboarding into the U.S. system.

You'll quickly become a key part of the HR function, working closely with leadership and contributing to how processes are developed and improved over time.

There's clear progression available into broader HR roles, including HR Coordinator and HR Manager, as the team continues to grow.

The Role:

• Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy across the site
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and payroll-related reporting
• Assist international and expat employees with payroll, tax, and allowances
• Support HR processes including performance management and employee relations

The Person:

• Experience in payroll within a professional environment
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with reporting and data
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable handling confidential information
• Interest in developing into a broader HR role over time
