Senior Maintenance Supervisor

A leading food & beverage manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability across a fast‑paced production facility. This role is essential to ensuring equipment uptime, food safety, and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians; ensure consistent adherence to procedures and best practices. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, prioritize work orders, and coordinate daily activities with production and outside vendors. Drive equipment reliability by identifying improvement opportunities, leading root cause analyses, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Track maintenance KPIs, maintain accurate CMMS documentation, and ensure timely follow‑up on repairs and PMs. Enforce safety, GMPs, LOTO, and 5S standards throughout the facility. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred. 5+ years of maintenance leadership in food, beverage, packaging, or high‑speed manufacturing. Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills (PLCs, pneumatics, motors, conveyors). Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
