Help us produce on-spec fatty acids through expert operation of the Hydrolyzer, Fractionator, O/S, Stills, Evaporation Trains, the Glycerin Refinery, and related systems — all driven from a computerized control environment.

• Start up and stabilize production units by turning valves, moving handles, working overhead, and configuring controls while monitoring display screens.
• Use computerized control systems alongside manual valves to guide process conditions and output.
• Draw samples; test Iodine Value, Color, pH, and more; verify compositions using Gas Chromatographs.
• Enter laboratory results and observations into Quality Window to maintain quality traceability.

• Perform routine safety inspections; mitigate hazards immediately or elevate them to management without delay.
• Identify when an emergency shutdown is necessary and execute it correctly.
• Conduct visual/physical equipment inspections twice per shift to detect issues early.
• Carry out Lockout Tag Out and system isolation as required to maintain a safe work environment.

• Report equipment defects to the maintenance department/shift leader and enter work orders in the electronic maintenance tracking system.
• Join the Maintenance team during shutdowns and repairs, assisting in inspection, installation, and repairs.
• Support Maintenance and Engineering teams with troubleshooting challenges.
• Conduct shift turnover with the relief operator in the control room to ensure continuity.
• Support and assist in training and educating other employees as requested.

• Record observations and quality data in Quality Window.
• Enter production and end-of-shift usage information into SAP for accurate reporting.
• Perform cleanup in assigned areas using shovels, mix T’s, and other tools to maintain housekeeping standards.

• Delivering fatty acids to customer specification through disciplined operations.
• Upholding the Company principles of Safety, Compliance, Quality, Cost, and KPI performance.
• Performing other duties as requested to support stable, safe, and efficient plant performance.
