Sr. UX Researcher

Role Senior UX Researcher responsible for leading end-to-end research initiatives to inform product strategy across acquisition, conversion, and engagement in a consumer-focused technology environment. Responsibilities Responsibilities include translating business questions into focused research plans, executing qualitative and quantitative studies during discovery and evaluation phases, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations, and influencing cross-functional teams through research-backed storytelling. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to prioritize features and improve user experiences. Requirements 5+ years of UX research experience, proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods, strong communication and stakeholder influence skills, and ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous settings. Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include experience in ecommerce or consumer products, familiarity with analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, and market research skills. The position demands a bachelor's degree and demonstrates a senior level of expertise in user experience research within digital consumer platforms.
