HR Manager: People Ops Leader, Payroll & Benefits

Dudley Land Company in Katy, TX is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead people operations for our group of companies. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of hiring, pay, benefits, and development, reporting directly to the President. You will supervise an HR team, manage semi-monthly payroll across states, oversee benefits and 401(k), and ensure compliance with DOL, FLSA, ACA, and EEOC.
