Project Coordinator

Employment Type: Contract – 4 months (January–April 2026), with possible 2-month extension Role Overview: The Project Coordinator will support the Project Director and Manager in executing a throughput expansion initiative. This role involves managing communication across a 25+ person team, scheduling meetings, tracking assignments, and preparing updates for executive reviews. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and team members. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes. Track assignments and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Maintain and update project documentation and shared repositories. Prepare progress updates and reports for executive reviews. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management support. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools. Work Schedule for All Roles: On-site presence required Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM .
