Key Responsibilities\nYour role as a clinical social worker will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services effectively:

- Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health issues, strengths, and challenges. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs based on best practices and evidence-based strategies. \n
- Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are tailored to each client’s unique preferences and situations. \n
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by keeping accurate and timely clinical documentation, contributing to transparent communication regarding patient progress and care. \n
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate effective patient care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's needs are addressed. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance learning opportunities and improve the quality of patient care. \n
- Provide educational resources and support to patients and families related to mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support recovery. \n
- Stay current with emerging trends and research in mental health to continually refine therapeutic techniques and approaches. \n
In this position, you will work with a diverse clientele, particularly individuals in the detox process who may be facing co-occurring mental health issues. By utilizing evidence-based intervention strategies, you will help clients navigate their recovery journey, providing them with the tools and foundational support needed for lasting change.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. \n
- Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy services. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, especially solution-focused approaches. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address the complex needs of patients. \n
