Assembly Technician Build Quality Products in a Hands-On Manufacturing Environment

We're looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll assemble electrical and mechanical components, route wiring, read blueprints, and help build high-quality products that meet strict safety and quality standards.

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Build and route wiring according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents
• Inspect and verify completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and help keep production moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Provide updates on production progress and communicate issues as needed
• Support team goals and assist with additional production tasks when required

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related environment
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with production systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk throughout the shift
• Ability to distinguish wire and component colors accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with electrical assembly or wire routing
• Experience performing inspections or quality checks in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with MRP or production tracking systems

This position is based in a manufacturing facility and involves working with assembly tools, wiring, and production equipment. The role may require occasional overtime or schedule flexibility to meet production demands.

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday

This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, WA.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Marysville,WA.
